Meet the Team

Dave Hindle

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Dave has been involved in the Consumer Finance sector since 1990, initially within the Credit Collections environment, providing bespoke debt litigation management for several key national retailers including Next. He moved into Credit Lending in 1997 with First National Bank (latterly GE Money) as a Sales Exec and eventually became Sales Operations Manager responsible for many of the company’s largest national intermediaries. In 2004, he joined one of these intermediaries as their consumer finance manager, primarily to assist with their transition through the new FSA regulation of PPI. During that time, he was involved directly with the FSA on their thematic study of the industry. Since then, Dave has worked at senior management/director level within a brokerage, lender and intermediary – all involved in Home Improvement lending – giving him a 360-degree understanding of this market. Between 2010 - 2017, he founded and built First Home Finance (FHF), a privately-owned home improvement financier, before leaving to set up Propensio Finance early in 2018. Dave is an avid Sheffield Wednesday supporter, fair-weather golfer and plays drums for his enjoyment (and other people’s dismay!)
